The Only Web-based Invoicing Software You Need
I have been talking with the founder of GreenerBilling.com Dave Kollasch over the past couple weeks regarding his fantastic web based invoicing software. This will be the first of my posts about this program. I’ll continue to follow it and make posts in the future about changes, updates and addons. This product is ‘The Lawn Blog Approved’ as lawn care invoicing software.

From testing it out I am finding it to be extremely easy to use. The company profile page is very detailed letting you input your company details, timezone, currency, emails and website. It also allows you to upload your company logo to attach to very professional invoices. You can set your terms of payment (i.e. Net 30 days), add all your services and set prices for them and even setup different users to access the information (such as office staff or your accountant).

that looks like a pretty good system, but what makes it better than say a program like quickbooks that is already established? i do like the remote features though.

Hello CA,
You’ve hit the nail on the head with your great observation. It IS the “remote features” allowing businesses complete Web access (out in the field from laptop or smartphone OR even the client’s computer) for invoices and estimates that make Greenerbilling a valid competitor.
Unlike QuickBooks, Greenerbilling does not cross the line into “complete accounting”, rather it serves the need of billing and getting paid, the two most critical factors in maintaining positive cash flow.
In addition, Greenerbilling has an automatic alert system that provides action reminders critical to maintaining a “green” bottom line (e.g. Past Due Invoices, Scheduled Invoices, Expired Estimates).
With Greenerbilling, there’s nothing to download, no contract, and cost is based on the individual business needs. Enhancements to the software are done without any increase in cost to the subscribers. It’s a win-win for everybody.

Huge thanks for this article. I was searching for such a software for a long time. Submit invoices and record payments while I’m outside. It sounds amazing! I am getting lots of invoices every day and sometimes it is hard to look over all of them through the day. I think this software will be perfect for my business. Thanks for letting me know this website one more time.
