I would like to complement the design of your classifieds website.
Advice: hit the webforums now if you have not already. There would be a good place to communicate your service.

Thank you very much Lawn-Post. It is still a work in progress but it will get there. I have been hitting up some forums however, most wont let you post on them…the deem it as advertising.
Is there anything you can contribute to The Lawn Blog to inform our readers about?

yes, when you post on forums it’s important that your posts not be about the subject you want to advertise. Contribute to the discussion and have your link as a modest signature. People will not mind an advertisement if the worth of your post dims the fact that there is a link in there.
Also, when you advertise your classified ad, make sure you use the keyword you want to target in the link anchor. This is highly affecting with google.
You will notice my handle is lawn-post. Usually it would be ‘Lawn Service Postcards’ but combing through the blog I couldn’t really find any post that I could only contribute to besides this one–and I didnt want to push my luck.
Also, in blogs like this one, the links attached to the names of the commentators are tagged with the html (rel=nofollow) which negates any power that Google may have contributed to website I linked to.
So there really is no point in leaving a website link… if the blog has a rel=nofollow tag.
So if you ARE going to use blogs to promote your upcoming website, them you will want to identify the blogs that dont’t have this rel=nofollow appendage.
