Yes, i do send Christmas cards to my customers and have since i
started doing this business in 2006. This will be the 3rd year sending
out these cards and i still have 90% of my original customers. I feel
that doing little things that the customer is not expecting a lawn
service company to do is very beneficial and it will help you retain
those customers for years to come. Another thing i like to do is in the
event of a funeral of a family member of any of my customers is to send
flowers and my deepest sympathy for the family. You won&#039;t believe how
this sticks in the minds of your customers. Give it a try this Christmas
and see if your not pleasantly surprised with the results.</description>
